CONTEST RULES 

OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES 

  1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 
  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Beats Solo® Earbuds. 
  1. Eligibility for Promotion: Membership rules and restrictions apply.  By participating, applicants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and accept the decision of CPM Federal Credit Union (CPM FCU) as final. Automatic entries: All new CPM Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”) Members from birth through 13 years of age who open a new Maxx Money Club Account during the period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2026, will receive one automatic entry into the drawing. Manual Entries: as provided herein. By submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion period begins on July 1, 2026, and ends on July 31, 2026, and applies to entries received by the Credit Union during this period. Employees of the Credit Union and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible. All winners will be notified by the Credit Union. If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected. 
  1. Prizes. The Credit Union will award a total of four (4) prizes consisting of one (1) pair of Beats Solo® Earbuds per winner. One winner will be selected from each of the following regions: Upstate, Orangeburg, Coast, and Beaufort.  All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If the prize or prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. 
  1. Automatic entry and eligibility for this prize promotion is based upon opening a new Maxx Money Savings Account during the promotion period. Manual Entries: Individuals may enter without opening an account by submitting a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, date of birth, and, if applicable, account number and member number. One entry per envelope for entries that are not automatic. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. The Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Mail entries to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received by the  Credit Union prior to the drawing date. 

For Automatic Entries: If there are multiple parties listed on an account, entry  eligibility will be based on the qualifying child account owner. To claim the prize,  winners may be required to sign and return any required eligibility, release, and  publicity documents to the Credit Union within fourteen (14) days of notification or  the prize may, at the Credit Union’s discretion, be forfeited. The prize will be  awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or substitute  prize will be awarded except at the Credit Union’s sole discretion. 

  1. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 
  1. By accepting a prize, a winner and/or the winner’s parent or legal guardian consents to the use of the winner’s name, photograph, or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 
  1. Prize winners and/or their parent or legal guardian are responsible for all federal, state, local, or other taxes or assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the receipt of any prize. 
  1. Release of Claims: All winners, their parent or legal guardian, members of their household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons’ heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action, and damages which they have now or may have in the future arising from the use of any prize, including personal injury or death. 
  1. The names of the prize winners will not be posted or shared with the public. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The drawing will be held on or before August 10, 2026. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. The selection of winners shall be final.
