Contest Terms & Conditions 

No purchase necessary. Contest begins on October 13th and ends on October 16th at 5:00 PM. Four (4) winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries and notified via DM from the official CPM Federal Credit Union account. One (1) $50 Visa® Gift Card winner will be drawn each day from October 13–16. Only one entry is needed! Eligible entries will automatically carry over into each daily drawing, and participants may only win once. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram of all responsibility. Void where prohibited. 

OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES 

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY / PURCHASE OR SIGNING UP FOR ANY SERVICES WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING / Membership is not required to participate in the prize drawing. 

2. Eligibility for Promotion: To enter the drawing: Follow CPM Federal Credit Union (@cpmfederal) on Facebook or Instagram, like the post announcing CPM’s Member Appreciation Giveaway, and comment with what you appreciate most about being a CPM member. Participation is limited to social media entries. 

The Promotion period begins on October 13th, 2026, and ends on October 16th, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Employees of CPM Federal Credit Union and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible. 

Participants only need to enter once during the promotion period to be eligible for the remaining daily drawings. Eligible entries will automatically carry over into each subsequent drawing unless selected as a winner. Each participant is limited to winning one (1) prize throughout the promotion. 

Four (4) winners will be selected at random from eligible entries, with one (1) winner drawn each day from October 13th through October 16th, 2026. Each winner will be notified by the Credit Union through a direct message on either Facebook or Instagram. If any prize is unclaimed within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be chosen. 

3. Prizes: The Credit Union will award four (4) prizes consisting of the following: four (4) $50 Visa® Gift Cards, with one (1) $50 Visa® Gift Card awarded to each of the four (4) winners. The total prize value is $200. Limit one (1) prize per participant. 

4. No automatic entry or eligibility for this prize promotion. To claim the prize, all winners must sign and return a release and an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release to the Credit Union, within 24 hours of notification, or prizes will, in the Credit Union’s discretion, be forfeited. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid. 

5. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

6. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. 

7. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. 

8. Release of Claims: All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons’ heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. 

9. The names of the prize winners will be posted at all Credit Union branches and could be published in the Credit Union’s newsletter and other information resources (including the Credit Union’s website). Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Drawings will be conducted daily on October 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2026, with one (1) winner selected each day. Eligible entries will carry over into subsequent drawings, excluding previously selected winners. The selection of prize winners hereunder will be final.
