By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of CPM FCU as final.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Automatic Entry: Eligible members may receive one (1) entry by completing and submitting the official Member Appreciation Promotion entry form available at all branch locations during the Promotion Period.
The entry form will request the entrant’s name, telephone number, email address, and any other information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and contact the potential winner.
Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry by answering the optional question on the entry form and sharing a favorite CPM FCU interaction, experience, or story.
A maximum of two (2) entries per eligible person is permitted:
- One entry for completing the required entry form.
- One additional entry for sharing a favorite CPM FCU interaction, experience, or story.
The content or sentiment of a submitted story will not affect the entrant’s chances of winning. The additional entry will be awarded for providing a complete and relevant response, regardless of whether the experience described is positive, neutral, or constructive.
Free Alternate Method of Entry: A purchase, deposit, loan, financial transaction, event attendance, or submission of a positive story is not required to enter or win. To enter without becoming a CPM member, an eligible South Carolina resident may enter by mail. To enter by mail, handprint the following information on a 3-by-5- inch piece of paper:
- Full legal name;
- Mailing address;
- Telephone number;
- Email address, if available; and
- Date of birth or other information sufficient for CPM to verify that the entrant satisfies the age and eligibility requirements.

6. Story Submissions
Entrants should not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, access codes, balances, transaction details, or other private financial information in their stories.
By submitting a story, the entrant confirms that the submission is truthful, is the entrant’s original work, and does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
Submission of a story does not automatically authorize CPM FCU to publish the entrant’s name or story. CPM FCU will obtain any additional permission or release it considers necessary before using an entrant’s story for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Stories will not be judged. The content or quality of a story will not affect the random selection of the winner.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Clemson Tigers versus South Carolina Gamecocks football game scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026 at Clemson Memorial Stadium.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.
The prize includes game tickets only. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, merchandise, taxes, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is awarded “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at CPM FCU’s sole discretion. CPM FCU may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Game tickets are subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies established by the ticket issuer, venue, teams, and event organizers. CPM FCU is not responsible if the game is delayed, postponed, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled for any reason. If the game is canceled and the tickets are not replaced or honored, CPM FCU will have no obligation to award a substitute prize except at its sole discretion.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held virtually on or before October 20, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified by telephone or email using the contact information provided on the entry form. CPM FCU’s decisions concerning eligibility, winner selection, and the administration of the Promotion are final.
The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, ticket acknowledgment, or other required documents within 5 calendar days of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days, fails to provide requested documentation, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.
The prize will be awarded only if the potential winner complies with these Official Rules.
9. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, or assessments associated with accepting or using the prize. CPM may report the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities and require the winner to provide information or complete documentation necessary for tax reporting.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for CPM FCU to use the winner’s name, photograph, voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
CPM FCU will not publicly share the winner’s private financial information. [CPM FCU will not publicly announce the winner’s name unless the winner provides permission.]
12. Release and Limitation of Liability

CPM FCU also reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, obtain entries through fraudulent means, violate these Official Rules, or interfere with the administration of the Promotion.
