Exit from Shared Branching

📣 Important Update: CPM Is Exiting the Shared Branching Network
At CPM Federal Credit Union, we’re always looking for ways to improve your banking experience and make it more secure, seamless, and member-focused. With that in mind, we want to let you know about an upcoming change:

🗓️ Effective April 28, 2025, CPM will no longer participate in the Shared Branching network.
This decision wasn’t made lightly, but we believe it’s the right move to support our long-term goals and provide you with consistent, modern banking options that align with how you live and bank today.

💡 What Does This Mean for You?
Starting April 28, 2025, CPM members will no longer be able to perform transactions at other credit unions through the Shared Branching network, and guest members from other credit unions will no longer be served at CPM branches.

But don’t worry—we’re fully prepared to keep your banking experience smooth and stress-free with a wide range of convenient options.

❓ FAQ: Shared Branching Exit
Q: Why is CPM leaving Shared Branching?
A: The decision was made to streamline services and enhance security while focusing on the channels our members use most. This helps us provide more consistent and convenient service.

Q: What happens if I try to visit another credit union branch after April 28, 2025?
A: Shared Branching access will no longer be available, so those locations won’t be able to access your CPM accounts or perform transactions on your behalf.

A: Yes! You still have access to 60,000+ surcharge-free ATMs through the Co-op and Allpoint networks.
