Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Unlimited mail-in entries are available without making a purchase or having a CPM Visa® credit card. Each eligible entry has the same chance of winning, regardless of entry method.

2. Sponsor

The CPM Visa Spending Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by CPM Federal Credit Union (“CPM” or “Sponsor”), 1066 E. Montague Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405. Visa is not a sponsor of this Promotion and is not responsible for its administration or prize fulfillment. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa International Service Association.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 5, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). There is one entry period and one drawing. The transaction posting and mail receipt deadlines below allow processing of timely purchases and mailed entries; they do not extend the Promotion Period.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of South Carolina who are at least eighteen (18) years old at entry. Membership must remain open and in good standing at entry, winner selection, and prize award. For this Promotion, “good standing” means the member has no negative CPM deposit balances, no past-due CPM loans, and no outstanding unpaid CPM charge-offs at those times. A CPM credit card is not required to enter by mail or receive the prize.

CPM employees, officials, directors, and volunteers; persons directly involved in administering this Promotion; and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses. Household members are persons sharing the same residence, whether related or not. Void outside South Carolina and where prohibited by law.

5. Eligible Cards

The following CPM-issued consumer Visa credit cards are eligible (each, an “Eligible Card”):

The Eligible Card account must be open, in good standing, and not blocked for fraud at entry, winner selection, and prize award. CPM debit cards, ATM cards, prepaid and gift cards, business and corporate cards, and cards issued by another financial institution are excluded.

6. How to Enter

Method 1 — Automatic entry through eligible purchases

Each completed purchase made with an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period earns one (1) automatic entry, regardless of purchase amount. Purchases must post to the Eligible Card account by December 11, 2026. CPM’s transaction records determine purchase and posting dates. A pending authorization alone is not a completed purchase. Merchant processing delays may affect eligibility.

Eligible purchases include in-store, online, recurring, telephone, and digital wallet purchases, including purchases at international merchants, provided they are processed as purchases on an Eligible Card. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, balance transfers, person-to-person money transfers, cash-equivalent transactions, interest, fees, payments, account adjustments, and transactions that are declined, canceled, reversed, refunded, unauthorized, or fraudulent do not qualify. An entry associated with a purchase reversed or refunded before prize award will be removed.

Entries are assigned to the primary cardholder named on the credit card account. Purchases by joint cardholders or authorized users earn entries for that primary cardholder only. A transaction receives one entry and is not counted separately for each person on the account. Purchases made using a lost or stolen card without authorization do not qualify. Eligible purchases across a primary cardholder’s Eligible Cards are combined.

Method 2 — Mail-in entry without a purchase

To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase or using a credit card, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address if available, and the words “CPM Visa Spending Promotion” on a plain 3-inch by 5-inch piece of paper. Do not include your account number, card number, or Social Security number.

Mail the entry in a separate, sealed, stamped envelope addressed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked between November 15 and December 5, 2026, inclusive, and received by December 11, 2026. Each separately mailed, eligible entry earns one entry in the same drawing as purchase entries. Multiple entries in one envelope are void. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted.

There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible individual may receive through either method or both methods combined. Entries must be submitted by the entrant; photocopied, mechanically reproduced, automated, and third-party entry-service submissions are prohibited. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7. Drawing and Odds

On or about December 15, 2026, CPM will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible automatic and mail-in entries received. All eligible entries will be pooled together and treated equally. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No entrant is guaranteed to win.

8. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a $500 gift card applied to the confirmed winner’s Eligible Card account. Total prize value is $500. If the winner has more than one Eligible Card account, the winner may select the account to receive the credit. A winner who does not have an Eligible Card account will receive a $500 check and will not be required to apply for or open a credit card account.

CPM will award the prize within thirty (30) days after eligibility verification and receipt of required documentation. The full $500 will be awarded regardless of the card balance. Any credit balance created by the prize will be handled under the card agreement and applicable law. The winner remains responsible for required payments unless CPM confirms that the gift card satisfies the applicable payment requirement. The prize does not change the card’s interest rate or other account terms.

The prize is nontransferable. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

CPM will attempt to notify the potential winner using contact information in its records or on the mail-in entry, by telephone, email, or mail. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) calendar days after CPM’s first notification attempt and provide any reasonably requested eligibility verification and prize acceptance documents within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the request.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or provide required documentation within 10 calendar days of being contacted, declines the prize, or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries. CPM will never require a payment, card purchase, or credit application to claim the prize.

10. Administration and Disqualification

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and CPM’s decisions regarding administration, eligibility, and the drawing, subject to applicable law. CPM may verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the Promotion, submits false information, uses fraudulent transactions, or otherwise violates these rules.

CPM is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail; merchant or card-processing delays; or technical or human errors affecting entries or administration, except as required by law. Proof of mailing or purchase is not proof that an eligible entry was received.

If fraud, processing failures, or circumstances beyond CPM’s reasonable control materially impair the Promotion, CPM may suspend, modify, or terminate the affected portion, subject to applicable law, and will provide notice at cpmfed.com. If terminated early, CPM will award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the impairment, to the extent reasonably possible. CPM will not alter the entry methods or odds to favor purchase entries.

11. Privacy and Governing Law

Information collected will be used to administer the Promotion and handled under CPM’s privacy notice, available at cpmfed.com. Entry does not authorize public use of an entrant’s story, image, or testimonial; CPM will obtain separate permission if needed. The Promotion is subject to applicable federal law and South Carolina law, without limiting any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
