eDeposit Changes in CPM Anytime
A Quick Update to eDeposit* (and What It Means for You)
We’ve got a few updates coming to eDeposit in the CPM Anytime app, and we wanted to walk you through what to expect.
Planned Outage On Monday, May 4 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, eDeposit will be temporarily unavailable while we complete system updates.
What’s Changing
After the update, you may notice a few small differences—but they’re all designed to improve your experience.
For a short time after the update, you may notice a delay in seeing check images within CPM Anytime Online Banking. Don’t worry, your deposits will still be processed as usual. This is simply a temporary display limitation while we upgrade things behind the scenes.
You may also notice that checks you write from your account take a little time to appear in your transaction history after the update. This won’t affect checks being deposited into your account.
If you need a copy of a check during this time, just give us a call at 800.255.1513—we’re always happy to help.
What You’ll Need to Do
Once the update is complete, there are just a couple quick steps:
· Update your CPM Anytime app
· Accept a new user agreement
A Few Improvements You’ll Notice
We’re excited about a few upgrades that make eDeposit even easier to use:
· eDeposit notifications and confirmations will now be sent directly to your email instead of appearing in Online Banking
· You’ll have a new way to view your deposit history—just click the folder icon to see past eDeposits, including check images
· You can now deposit multiple checks in a single transaction instead of repeating the process for each one—keeping everything in one easy step!
Before making your next deposit, be sure to endorse each check with: “For eDeposit only CPM.” That helps everything go through nice and smooth.
