Membership rules and restrictions apply. Only our MyReward card earn points. Credit card and credit limit are subject to credit approval and actual qualified rate may vary based on credit. Not all members will qualify for a rewards eligible card. CPM reserves the right to change any of the credit card rates at any time. Terms and conditions subject to change. Earn 2 points on select purchases i.e. dining, gas and groceries and 1 point for all other purchases. Cash back may only be applied as a statement credit and must be redeemed at a minimum of $25 per redemption. Cash back statement credit cannot be applied toward the payment amount owed and the cardholder is responsible for any outstanding balance owed on the account after the credit is applied. Pay at Purchase may result in data charges. Points will expire on the last day of the month, four (4)years after the date of issuance.
