Yes! Penny can assist with transfers, loan payments, checking balances, and more — all securely.

Do I have to register for Penny?

Penny can help everyone with general questions, such as our branch hours and locations. If you register, she can also help answer questions specific to your CPM relationship. Registering is quite easy. You will just need to provide a few personal verifications then select your 4-digit PIN. Once established, you will be able to conduct banking business with Penny. Please know, this is not your Contact Center Password that is used when you speak to one of our live Contact Center representatives. That is a unique password and can have letters, numbers and even special characters

Is Penny safe to use for my financial information?

Absolutely. Penny is powered by secure technology and built with your privacy in mind.

Can Penny speak Spanish?
