Take Control of Your Share Certificate Maturity—Right from Home!
Got a Share Certificate that’s getting close to its maturity date? Great news! We are adding another convenient option for you to view and update your maturity preferences right inside CPM Anytime Online Banking. You don’t have to call or stop by a branch. It’s quick, simple, and puts you in control. Let’s walk through how it works.
First Things First: How to Access It
To modify or change your maturity preferences, you’ll need to log into CPM Anytime Online Banking using:
- A computer, or
- The browser on your phone (like Safari or Chrome)
🚫 Heads up: This feature is not available in the CPM mobile app. If you’re using the app, just open your phone’s web browser instead and log in from there. This feature is also not available for IRA Certificates at this time.
Maturity Preferences: What are your options?
Before your Share Certificate matures, you can update your maturity preferences. Inside online banking, you can select:
- 🔁Renew your certificate (keep growing those savings!)
- 💸Transfer the funds to another CPM account
It’s your money—you decide what works best for your financial goals.
Important Timing Reminder ⏰
Be sure to confirm your maturity preferences at least 24 hours before your certificate’s maturity date.
Waiting until the last minute? You may miss the window to make changes online. Setting it up early gives you peace of mind and ensures everything goes exactly how you want it to.

How to Set It Up
Once you’re logged into CPM Anytime Online Banking (via computer or mobile browser):
- Navigate to your Share Certificate from Accounts.
- Click Certificate Details tab, scroll down.
- Click the pencil to make changes to the Maturity Payment Method.
