“Embrace the Holiday Spirit” is sponsored by CPM Federal Credit Union, (“Sponsor”). The nomination period begins November 6th, 2023, and ends on November 30^th at 11:59PM EST (the “Nomination Period”).

• CPM will conduct the “Embrace the Holiday Spirit” giveaway to select four Recipients, from among all eligible entries, who will receive a $500 VISA® Gift Card.
• By submitting your nominee’s story and or reason for nomination, you hereby grant CPM, its representatives, and employees the right to use this information in connection with the Embrace Holiday Spirit giveaway. Sponsor may use the information with or without your nominee’s name, and for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and digital/web content. Sponsor may also change a nominee’s name, for discretion, if the nominee’s story will be made public.
• The Recipients will be selected by the Sponsor based several factors including reason for the submission and the number of individuals in the nominee’s household. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to select a winner using any such criteria or methodology as it determines. The quantity and identity of the individuals selecting the Recipients shall be determined by the Sponsor and may be changed at any time without notice. Nominees may only be nominated one time, multiple entries will be counted as one entry. Incomplete submission forms will not be considered.
• To be eligible for this giveaway, the nominee must be at least 21 years of age and live in South Carolina. All employee and volunteers of CPM and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible for this giveaway. 
• Each nominee who is selected by the Sponsor will receive a $500.00 VISA® Gift Card. A maximum of four gift cards will be issued to individual nominees. Maximum of one gift card per household. Sponsor has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to either award or not award any or all the prizes to the Recipients, or to substitute a new prize for any or all prizes. Gift cards cannot be redeemed or used for cash.
• If a selected nominee does not respond to the Sponsor within three (3) business days of sponsor’s first attempt to contact nominee using the phone number provided by the nominator, the nominee hereby forfeits all winnings and the Sponsor has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select an alternate Recipient.
• Gift card will be sent by USPS Registered Mail to the address provided by the Recipient and will require a signature for delivery. Signature receipt by anyone at the Recipient's address constitutes receipt of the prize. If the USPS returns the envelope containing the gift card to CPM for any reason; Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit your winnings and select a new Recipient. Photo identification of nominee and address confirmation required before prize will be issued.
• The nominees/Recipient(s) shall be personally responsible for the payment of all applicable city, state, federal and/or other taxes on or resulting from any prizes(s) they receive.
