Our CPM Federal Credit Union Contact Center is here to assist our members with a wide range of financial needs.

How we can serve you:

  • Answer your account and credit union related questions
  • Resolve your online account issues
  • Help you apply for a loan or credit card
  • Open new checking, Christmas club, Share Certificates and other savings accounts
  • Get you in touch with your local branch
  • Mail you a cashiers check
  • Troubleshoot any problems you may have with your accounts
  • Handle concerns, compliments or complaints you may have
  • Accept loan and Visa© credit card payments
  • Transfer funds
  • Block a lost or stolen debit or ATM card
  • Send a wire from your account up to $5,000
