WOOHOO! We are back open!

We missed seeing you and our staff are excited to serve you!

Our lobbies are open with normal lobby hours with exception of our Charleston Mill location. This location will remain drive thru only with safe deposit box access by appointment. Our drive thru hours will return to normal posted hours on Monday, June 8th. Please pay close attention to the important information below on what to expect when visiting a CPM branch.

For the safety of our staff, members and community we ask that you comply with the following to be served in our lobbies:

  • If you are sick or feeling ill, please stay home or use our drive thru services, online tools or call us at 800.255.1513
  • Wear a facial mask or covering - We will provide you a free mask if you do not have one! The CDC states that children under the age of 2 should not wear a face covering, we strongly recommend members with small children use the drive thru for their banking needs to limit any potential exposure by coming inside the branch. You will notice staff are wearing one too!
  • Temperature less than 100.4.  Staff will take your temperature before you enter the branch. If your temperature is 100.4 or higher or you are feeling ill, you will be asked to use our drive thru. We will take the temperature of our staff before they arrive for the day.
  • Practice and maintain social distancing.

These precautions are for the safety of all members and guests. We will not allow exceptions at this time. Lobby appointments are highly recommended and encouraged as we will be limiting the max number of members inside at one time. Schedule your appointment here. If we are at our max capacity, you may be asked to wait in your car and we will call or text you when we are able to serve you.

We have been busy preparing our branches to reopen and we may look at little different but how we serve our members has not changed. We have installed sneeze guards at our teller stations and in our offices to further protect you and our staff. We have also placed social distancing signs or floor stickers to help maintain appropriate distances. We will continue to clean and disinfect all shared surfaces several times throughout the day.

We understand these are difficult, stressful times and our requests may be uncomfortable for some of our members.  If you do not wish to wear a facial covering or mask or have your temperature taken, we will continue to offer expanded services in our drive thru.  You may also access CPM Anytime Online or CPM Mobile Banking to check balances, complete internal or external transfers or pay bills.

Our number one priority is and will remain to protect the safety and health of our staff, members and community.
