It’s coming!!!!

It's a pretty big deal! In May, we will be upgrading your banking experience! CPM Anytime Online Banking and CPM Mobile Banking will be more interactive, customizable and offer way more self-service options than you have today. We will also be upgrading PAL, our telephone banking experience!

These upgrades include offering improvements such as being able to access and set up new billers for billpay in both online and mobile. You can also stop payments on checks, see check images, better monitor and track your spending and sooo much more including touch ID access!!! You can even customize how you view your accounts! Focus on what you use the most and see the accounts that hold the most importance. We think you're going to your new banking experience. We know!! We are excited too!

We do need to let you know that with any upgrade, you have to remove the old to add the new and there is downtime.  Unfortunately, it's unavoidable. As of 6:00 PM Friday, May 3rd access to online, mobile banking, and PAL will be unavailable until Monday, May 6th. Those who are currently using our CardNav® Debit Card Controls app will have limited functionality during this time period. Balance and transfer options within the CardNav app will not be available. To prepare for this upgrade, all offices will be closed on Saturday, May 4th, including our Contact Center. Please make note of any account balances, pending transactions and loan due dates before 6:00 PM on May 3rd. Your debit card and ATM card will continue to work all weekend! There will be no interruption in your ability to access your funds. We apologize for any inconvenience and understand the frustration this may cause.

Things you need to know for Monday, May 6th!

  • If you are a current online or mobile banking user, you will need your current online banking User ID. You will be asked to verify some personal information to access online banking. You can access your accounts from either your desktop or mobile device.
  • If you are a current PAL user, similar to online banking, you will need to provide some information to verify your identity before accessing your accounts.

Follow the simple prompts for registration. We promise it will be easy. All of your information including your billpay payees, history and accounts will be waiting for you. It will only take a few minutes to get you back to banking the way you want to bank.
