Financial Assistance: If you're facing difficulties due to the storm, we offer options such as loan extensions, fee waivers, or emergency funding.

If you need to apply for a loan extension, please complete our online application here. It's important to provide as much information as possible. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Relief Resources: If you need disaster relief, here are a few essential resources:
FEMA Assistance: You can apply for federal disaster assistance through FEMA by visiting DisasterAssistance.gov or calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily. FEMA may be able to provide help with serious needs, displacement, temporary lodging, home repair costs, personal property loss, or other disaster-related needs.
Crisis Cleanup Hotline: Need help with cleanup? Call the Crisis Cleanup Hotline at 844-965-1386. This service connects you with volunteers from local relief organizations and faith communities who can assist with debris removal, tarping, and other cleanup tasks.
South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD): For the latest updates and resources, visit the SCEMD website. They also have a damage assessment tool in the SC Emergency Manager app, which you can use to report property damage.
Disaster Distress Helpline: For 24/7 emotional support, call the Disaster Distress Helpline at 1-800-985-5990 or text "TalkWithUs" to 66746.
American Red Cross: The American Red Cross is actively providing shelter, food, and emotional support to communities impacted by Hurricane Helene. They have mobilized disaster workers and deployed emergency response vehicles to deliver aid. For assistance, donations, and information on local shelters, visit the Red Cross website or call 1-800-RED CROSS. You can also text "HELENE" to 90999 to donate.
Department of Public Health Care Line: For questions about health services disrupted due to the hurricane, call the South Carolina Department of Public Health Care Line at 1-855-472-3432.
