Facial coverings are recommended as outlined by the CDC. To learn more about when to wear a mask or facial covering in public places, visit If you wear a facial covering, we may ask you to remove before we can serve you to properly identify you. If you prefer to wear a mask and do not have one, our staff would be happy to provide one to you. We will ask that you continue to social distance while waiting to be served. Our teller lines and offices will continue to have sneeze guards in place for your protection.

You may be asked to use our drive thru or online banking services should you have COVID symptoms. If you are sick, feeling ill, or have recently been tested for COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home or use our drive thru services. You can always take advantage of our online tools or call us at 800.255.1513. You may also access CPM Anytime Online or CPM Mobile Banking to check balances, complete internal or external transfers or pay bills.

For members who do not feel comfortable conducting business inside our branches, we will continue to offer some expanded drive thru services. Appointments are encouraged and highly recommended. We are asking our members to take all necessary precautions to protect themselves and others around them.
