CPM is always looking for ways to improve our members' experience whether it’s in our branches or in the plastics they carry. We are excited to inform you that you will see some changes to your CPM Visa Credit Card over the next few months. In October, we will be changing our credit card provider. This change will provide you with better, more improved service and convenience, such as:

• Dispute transactions online
• Online travel notifications
• Transaction and travel alerts *coming soon*
• Free balance transfers
• 24/7 customer service
• eStatement enrollment and viewing
Just to name a few!

If you currently access for account viewing, payments or other functions, as of October 4th, access to gotomycard terminated and you will no longer be able to view your account using this website. Once you receive your new card you will need to register for account access using MyCardInfo. Enroll Here! You will need your new CPM Visa Credit Card number, new expiration, CVV and other unique account information to register. Learn more about MyCardInfo and all of the new features and benefits here

Your new card(s) will arrive in early October. Your card will have the same look as your current card however with a different expiration and CVV on the back of the card with flat white card number embossing. Keep an eye out! Once you receive your new card(s), be sure to take the following steps:

  • Activate your new card using the instructions provided immediately upon receipt.
  • Destroy your old card.
  • If you have any automatic drafts (i.e. internet providers, health clubs, etc) using your CPM Visa Credit Card you will need to update using your new card information.
  • Update the payment mailing address on any bill payment system you might use to make your payment. New payment address will be: P.O. Box 37035 Boone, IA 50037-0035
