FAQs

Why are you changing my online banking experience?
As online malicious activity increases, CPM wants to help protect our membership by increasing the security measures our CPM Anytime Online Banking offers. By requiring complex passwords and more advanced security questions, we make it harder for scammers to try and guess their way into your account.

How do I get started?
Log into CPM Anytime Online Banking by visiting us at www.cpmfed.com. Select enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA). At this time you will update and choose 3 security questions and provide the answer to each. You will need to verify the questions selected and answers provided you chose are correct. You will then be asked to select your image and passphrase that will be attached to your selected image. It’s that easy!

How does it work?
The MFA system is a layered security authentication mechanism that adds an additional level of security to Online Banking when you log in. In addition to the familiar padlock icon in your web browser which assures you of a secure connection, you will be prompted to answer one of three randomly picked challenge questions that you choose upon update. This helps ensure that you are who you say you are and bars another from logging in to your account.
