Call Center Lending Representative

Location(s): North Charleston

Responsible for providing loan account information, processing loan applications, cross-selling services, and professionally handling the member’s credit union needs. Provides a variety of transaction services to members. At least one year of experience in the lending at a credit union or financial institution. Marketing Director

Supervises the Marketing Department and ensures that marketing projects are well coordinated and complement the strategic objectives of the Credit Union. Participates in the inception and development of new services and products based on perceived member needs. BA in Marketing or related field, three to five years related experience required, preferably in a financial environment. Experience in advertising and graphic design a plus.
